Installing your LozaningTel eSIM

1. Open your line from My eSIMs → Manage to see its QR code.
2. iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code → scan it.
3. Android (Pixel/Samsung): Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM / Download a SIM → scan.
4. Can't scan? Choose Enter details manually and paste the activation code from the line page.
5. After install, enable the line and turn on VoLTE / Voice over LTE in your data settings — this network is VoLTE-only for calls.

FAQ

My line shows "IMS not registered." That's normal until the device attaches and VoLTE registers. Toggle airplane mode after enabling the eSIM.

Suspended line? A suspended line is barred from the network. Resume it from its Manage page (or contact the admin).
